DESIGN SERVICES FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION & REMODELING

PROCESS:

1. Programming / Pre-Design Stage

  • Purpose: Gather information, define the project’s goals, and understand the client's needs, preferences, and lifestyle.

  • Key Activities:

    • Initial client meetings and consultations.

    • Understanding the client’s vision, style, and budget.

    • Site measurements and analysis.

2. Conceptual Design

  • Purpose: Create the initial design vision and style direction for the space.

3. Schematic Design

5. Construction Documentation
